Sugar Hill/Wareham Forest

This is a site the DFG has visited a few times in the past and is often very interesting. It is a very easy location to find from either direction, but I would suggest those coming from the east might find it easiest to take the A35 (avoiding the Wareham area) almost as far as Bere Regis but take the turning signposted for Wareham one mile east of Bere Regis itself at Woodbury, the road sort of doubles back on turning in to it. There should be room for quite a few vehicles either side of the road at the parking area but be sure to keep the access gates clear.
